  • Practice writing with careful attention to word usage, spelling, and basic punctuation

About this course:

This workshop is perfect for anyone who writes, edits, prepares final copy, or is interested in the structure and use of the English language. You learn the basic rules that apply to virtually every piece of writing, as well as the fine points that occur infrequently but cause trouble when they do. Topics include a thorough review of the parts of speech, basic grammar concepts, word usage, and spelling. Basic punctuation is also covered.
