About this course:
This foundational course prepares students for a career in product management. The lectures within this course cover an introduction to the strategic side of product management. We explore common tools for design and analysis, discuss how to form a product vision, determine who will use your product, and define metrics for product success. Students learn a preliminary introduction to product theory and concepts, software development frameworks, and the product lifecycle.
