About this course:

During times of crisis, businesses need to carefully adapt their marketing and communication approach to their audiences. Join us for a conversation about how to pivot your messaging and marketing to remain relevant, authentic and empathetic in your messaging and communications during a time of crisis. This two-part series will first discuss various business categories and examine how they can adapt marketing and messaging in this rapidly changing consumer environment. This will be highly interactive and we'll discuss your business messaging strategy, tone/voice, timing and positioning of marketing messages. The second part will discuss more specific digital tactics and best practices that businesses can employ to continue marketing to their audience.
