This course covers teaching methods and developmentally appropriate activities that enhance reading readiness, verbal expression, story development, letter recognition and directionality, child authorship, the use of rhyme, and the development of listening abilities.Applies toward Title 22 Regulations and Title 5 Child Development Permits; elective course for both the Early Childhood Lead Teacher Certificate and/or Early Childhood Administration Certificates.
