About this course:

This course will focus on helping charter school leaders develop effective structures of instructional supervision and staff development to ensure alignment with the school vision and support of learning for all students, including students with disabilities, English Language Learners, foster youth, and other "at-risk" subgroups. The topics will include establishing a positive school culture, principles of universal design for learning, individual staff coaching, guiding school-wide professional development, and establishing multi-tiered systems of support to meet the needs of diverse learners.
