This course is designed to help the trade’s person to pass the state contractors’ exam to become a building contractor.


About this course:

This course is designed to help students prepare for the state contractors’ exam and to become a building contractor.  The curriculum includes all the topics covered in the Contractors State License Board (CSLB) including ethics, contracts, labor, labor law, administrative law, business formation as well as general math review. The course also  incorporates an Employee Handbook with standards for employees as well as the construction company’s obligation to their employees.
