This course covers the implication of business law on purchasing operations from terms and conditions to contract types, buyers' rights and limitations, and differences in government purchasing.

About this course:This course covers the relationship of Supply Chain Management with business law (Uniform Commercial Code); law of contracts: offer, acceptance, consideration, warranties, conditions, breach, and discharge; contract types; buyers' rights and limitations; and differences in government contract purchasing.
