As the former Manager of Fire and Safety at 20th Century Fox Studios, Mr. Soares is well versed in set safety and will provide an overview of the necessary safety measures for all crew members, from Production Assistant to Executive Producer. Mr. Soares will discuss examples of preventable accidents that occurred on big budget shoots, and the sometimes deadly consequences that occur from not following the directions of an issued permit.
