About this course:
Learn about the big secret in Hollywood--buyers do not acquire material because it follows the perfect hero's journey or a strict act structure. What buyers really want are roles that attract movie stars, a love story (every movie has one) that appeals to all four quadrants, and a satisfying ending. This class does not focus on theoretical concepts that are easy to understand or those that are sometimes impractical and difficult to apply. Instead, this course reveals the checklist of items and the elements of story that buyers look for in order to purchase your pilot or screenplay. At the end of the class you end up with a blueprint of all the crucial items needed to achieve this goal and the logline that will help sell your project.
