About this course:

This class will give a high-level review of major environmental regulations by presenting their triggers, requirements, challenges, enforcement mechanism and evolution. The class will primarily focus on rules in place in California. The principles introduced during the course will be applied to a concrete case, by studying the full life-cycle of an industrial facility from development to closure.
