About this course:

The Hewlett-Packard HP 12C calculator is the standard industry tool that allows professional planners to calculate specific investment scenarios quickly and accurately. In this seminar, students explore the calculation capabilities available on the HP 12C calculator that can make financial planning easier and more understandable. The seminar includes many opportunities to gain hands-on experience with common problems like simple and compound interest, general annuities, future value and annual interest rate, and cash flow analysis. The seminar is recommended for those who wish to take MGMT X 430.391 Financial Analysis in Personal Financial Planning or those who wish to take an HP 12C refresher course.
Suggested Prerequisites

It is advisable that you complete the following (or equivalent) since they are prerequisites for Financial Analysis Using the HP 12C.

A basic knowledge of financial concepts; an HP 12C calculator with owner's manual.
