  • Define and describe mindfulness
  • Learn techniques for mindful self-care at work and home
  • Discuss one or more techniques for observing and training the mind, including Metta
  • Learn mindfulness skills associated with happiness and positive emotions
  • Practice mindfulness meditation to reduce difficult emotions and conflict, and challenging self-defeating beliefs

This session will provide an introduction to Mindfulness training for personal self-care to enhance one’s daily life, work, and relationships.
