Beverly Olevin

MA; writer, director and teacher. Her novel The Good Side of Bad, was selected by Kirkus Reviews for the best fiction award and had been made into a film scheduled to be released in 2022. Ms. Olevin directed the long-running hit The Manor at Greystone Mansion, now in its 18th year. Her own play, Soundings, was produced at the Odyssey Theatre and is now being adapted for the screen. Her short stories have appeared in literary magazines nationally. Her non-fiction publications have sold over two million copies worldwide. Her background also includes work as an Associate Director with the California State Universities and as an Academic Director in Oxford, England. She received UCLA Extension's Distinguished Instructor Award and was Osher's first Artist-in-Residence.
