Sal Sangi

Sal Sangi has over 30 years’ experience in Human Resources. He began his career in Human Resources at Mobil Oil Corporation at their corporate headquarters in New York City. He subsequently moved to a variety of increasing more responsible field and corporate positions at operating locations throughout the US and ultimately to Mobil’s new Fairfax Virginia domestic headquarters in 1986. His last position at Mobil was Manager Labor Relations for the US operations. In April 1996 Sal joined Union Oil in Brea, California as the General Manger Human Resources for their worldwide Diversified Business group with operations in mining, agricultural chemicals, specialty graphite and construction engineering.  In July 2000 Sal joined Technicolor in Hollywood, California as the Vice President Human Resources in the worldwide Creative Services Division with locations in the US, Canada, Europe, Thailand, India and China. Sal left Technicolor in February 2011 and later returned to Technicolor as a consultant in July 2011 and worked until November, 2012. Sal is currently consulting and has been an instructor at the UCLA Extension School since January 2012. Sal has a BA in Sociology from the University of Dayton and an MA Sociology with a specialty in Industrial Sociology from Duquesne University.
