About this course:

This course will provide a thorough examination of the process of electronic discovery, beginning from the duty to preserve electronically stored information, to the collection, search, review and production of ESI in litigation. While the course will have an emphasis on federal litigation, it will cover both procedural and practical aspects of eDiscovery in the context of current rules and case law. Students will gain an understanding of eDiscovery principles and apply sample technologies used in various aspects of the eDiscovery process.
