About this course:

This course will provide a foundational summary of the manner in which to approach oral business communications, from informal one-on-one status reports to formal business presentations to larger audiences. It also covers how to communicate during meetings with colleagues and clients. Topics include understanding your objective, selecting the appropriate tone for the audience, preparation, including knowledge acquisition, time management and validation of information, selecting supporting materials, handling questions, post presentation communication, and self-assessment.
