The Future of Renewable Energy
About this course:
In a relatively short amount of time, renewable energy technologies have matured from high-cost novelty to being least-cost energy provider, from attracting only high-risk capital to representing a low-risk investment for pension funds. This short course attempts to give an understanding and appreciation for the strides made in the renewable energy field to date and how these technologies might change the way energy is produced in the future. Discussion includes the wide range of opportunities the renewable energy industry offers those interested in getting involved in the field.
