About this course:

People age 65 and older who regularly walk and get other forms of moderate exercise appear to significantly lower their risk of developing vascular dementia, the second most common form of dementia after Alzheimer's disease, according to a study published in Neurology. Dr. Sanjay Gupta, author of Staying Alert, stated that exercise is the only scientifically proven link to reduce our chances of getting Dementia. In this course, we discuss the benefits of walking and other forms of movement to keep our brains alert and healthy.
