This course is designed to start you on your mindfulness journey and show you some practices available to you as you cope with daily life. You can experience greater calm, presence, and peace—even in the midst of the turmoil in the world. With regular meditation practice focused on ‘kindfulness,’ even for just 5 minutes a day, you can begin to develop new levels of mindfulness, resilience, and connection—to yourself and others.
