This 1-day seminar is designed to provide individual investors with an introduction to the basic tools of security (equity) analysis, with the goal of helping to achieve higher investment returns. The seminar covers the essential techniques for analyzing company health, starting with an introduction to the use of the financial statements, basic ratio analysis, industry and peer group analysis, basic valuation techniques, and finishing with methods for managing risk, scoring models, and forensic accounting methods.
