Dr. Bijan Raphael received his Bachelor’s Degree from Tehran University (Iran) and his Master’s Degree from Sussex University (England). He obtained a Ph.D. Degree in Economics specializing in Econometrics and International Trade from The University of Michigan in 1984. He started his teaching career at California State University, Los Angeles and UCLA Extension in 1981 before leaving to establish a private Business in Computing and Computer Consultation. He has returned to teaching Mathematics and Statistics for MBA students at UCLA Extension in 2005. He is author of the “Statistics for Economics, Management & Business” and “Mathematics for Economics, Management & Business”.
