Professionally, Dr. Overall has over 28 years of experience working in various management and R&D positions with the United States Air Force. This experience includes serving on the faculty at the United States Air Force Academy and involvement with the development of various space systems for Air Force Systems Command. Presently, he provides test and evaluation consultant services for various Governmental programs in New Mexico.
Academically, Dr. Overall served as a tenured Professor of Quantitative Methods in the University of La Verne’s College of Business from 1991 until retiring in 2005. He has taught part time for undergraduate and graduate-level business programs in the University of California and California State University systems, and for private institutions such as Chapman University. And, from 1984 through 1996, he was part of the “math camp” faculty retained by UCLA’s Anderson School of Management to conduct summer math review workshops for entering Executive and Fully Employed MBA students.
Dr. Overall earned his Bachelors degree from the United States Air Force Academy, and both Masters and PhD degrees from the University of California at Los Angeles.
