Course DescriptionThis course is designed to provide the student with an overview of Systems Engineering including its key activities of requirements gathering, architecture, behavior, and test; and evaluation. The course will define Systems and how they are built brought into being, applying the various life cycle models that can be used to describe the evolution of a System from concept through disposal. Students will gain the knowledge of integrating the management of the engineering with other disciplines involved to build a system. Lectures will cover processes of the system design and analysis, and finally highlight the importance of the operational feasibility analysis as a necessary element during the design process.
