Course DescriptionThe law is our most important social system. It guides our behavior, allocates our resources, and equalizes our historical inequities. Or so the myth goes. We will dissect the myth, examine how it effects our reliance on legal solutions to all problems, and discuss how and why our legal system creates an intellectual dependency founded on unrealistic expectations, and how we can begin to fix those problems.
