Kitchen Design

This course covers the basic elements to be considered in planning a kitchen, including space planning, function, cabinetry, countertop materials, floor coverings, appliances, lighting, ventilation, plumbing, electrical, structural, and economic factors. Instruction includes lectures, films, student projects, and guest speakers.
