Leadership Foundations for Team Excellence

UCLA Extension will deliver a custom designed “From Potential to Performance: Leadership Foundations for Team Excellence” program for LAUSD managers. Participants will develop essential leadership and management skills to effectively lead teams and drive organizational success. Through a combination of self-assessment, experiential learning, and strategic tools, they will learn to build on their strengths, set clear goals, foster collaboration, and cultivate psychological safety. The program also introduces leadership competencies such as emotional intelligence, adaptability, and strategic insight, culminating in a personalized Leadership Development Plan.
