About this course:

This course provides a systematic approach for determining, implementing, and evaluating the strategies and policies that govern a firm's international business activities. Topics include outsourcing, business unit portfolio optimization, global marketing, R&D decentralization, industrial relations, and the implementation of strategies that focus on operations planning, information systems design, control, and conflict resolution.
Prerequisites
MGMT X 460.902 Introduction to International Business, MGMT X 460.99 International Business Management, and two other international business courses, or consent of instructor.
