About This Course

Comprised of concepts relevant to community-based health care organizations, the curriculum focuses on three components - Institutional finance, Leadership and Management. Institutional finance refers to the specific factual knowledge about the regulatory and institutional environment for community-based health care providers. Leadership refers to the general skills - interpersonal and planning - required of top executives. Management refers to the business fundamentals in the functional areas of management required of all successful managers.
