About This Course

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming the way projects are planned, executed, monitored, and delivered. This practical, hands-on course introduces project management professionals to the concepts, tools, and techniques needed to leverage AI throughout the project lifecycle. Students will explore how AI can enhance productivity, improve decision-making, streamline project processes, and increase the likelihood of project success.

Through demonstrations, case studies, real-world scenarios, and hands-on exercises, participants will learn how to use Microsoft 365 Copilot, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Planner to support project initiation, planning, scheduling, risk management, stakeholder communications, status reporting, team collaboration, task management, workflow automation, and project closeout activities. Students will discover how AI can automate routine work, generate project artifacts, summarize meetings, track action items, create and manage tasks, improve team collaboration, and provide actionable insights to support project decisions.
