About this course:

The purpose of this course is to equip orthodontic preceptors with the basic techniques and fundamental knowledge used in orthodontic diagnosis and different phases of treatments. Topics include orthodontic extraoral and intraoral photography, systematic examination of facial and dental appearance, techniques for quality dental impression, 3D intraoral scan, cephalometric landmark identification and tracing, cephalometric analysis, cast analysis, reconstruction of CBCT imaging, development of a problem list, typodont exercise for orthodontic chairside procedures and wire bending.
