About this course:

Whether you’re a manager who needs to persuade your employees to enthusiastically do an effective job, a salesperson trying to get customers to buy your product, a candidate appealing to voters, or an unemployed person seeking a new job, you need to influence how people make decisions. Science has uncovered effective ways to understand how people make decisions. Without psychics and magical tricks, we can “read minds” well enough to influence the decisions other people make.
