About this course:

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) is currently a high priority for many business owners and leaders. In this highly interactive two-part (10 hours total) workshop, you will become familiar with the concepts related to DEI and understand how they impact you, your business, and your stakeholders. You will be able to identify barriers to inclusion and learn how to overcome them. In this workshop, you will create a customized business case that you can immediately use in discussions with management, employees, and current or prospective customers. The 7 Inclusive Leadership Competencies will be discussed, and you will create specific and impactful strategies for developing them. Organizational best practices in creating high-performing inclusive cultures will also be offered to increase engagement, respect, productivity, innovation, teamwork, and position all employees for success in today’s evolving work environment.
