About this course:

EC ENGR 215C Analysis and Design of RF Circuits and Systems (Instructor: Razavi, B.) (Formerly numbered Electrical Engineering 215C.) Lecture, four hours; discussion, one hour; outside study, seven hours. Requisite: course 215A. Principles of RF circuit and system design, with emphasis on monolithic implementation in VLSI technologies. Basic concepts, communications background, transceiver architectures, low-noise amplifiers and mixers, oscillators, frequency synthesizers, power amplifiers. Letter grading.
