About this course:

This course presents theories and their applications to demonstrate the advanced implementation of corporate finance. Students analyze stock and bond valuations, capital budgeting and working capital management, leasing, option pricing, risk/return, cost of capital, financial forecasting, capital structures, dividend policy, and investment banking. The implications of market responses to major financial strategies are also examined. Transferable for UC credit.
Suggested Prerequisites

It is advisable that you complete the following (or equivalent) since they are prerequisites for Advanced Applications of Managerial Finance.

MGMT X 130A Basic Managerial Finance or consent of instructor.
