Adriana Rotaru

Adriana Rotaru is a Romanian-American independent film producer, screenwriter, and director. In 2005, she began a long-term collaboration with legendary writer/director Francis Ford Coppola and his company American Zoetrope. Producing notable productions worldwide, Adriana has been privileged to work with top-tier talent and crew who have become lifelong collaborators. Adriana’s latest film, “Emily the Criminal,” stars Aubrey Plaza, and has just premiered (2022) at the Sundance Film Festival. The film has been acquired by Roadside Attractions and Vertical Entertainment. With a degree in finance and a master's in directing from UCLA, Adriana is committed to developing original projects for theater, film, and television.
