Alan Wallace

Alan D. Wallace is a licensed Real Estate Broker and Attorney.  He is a graduate of Loyola Law School and is currently an Instructor at UCLA Extension, Paralegal Training Program.  He has been teaching at UCLA Extension since 1994 and has taught courses such as Real Property, Business Organization, Torts and Personal Injury, Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Formation, Civil Litigation, Contracts, and Corporate Concepts.  He was recently awarded The Distinguished Instructor Award in 2011 from UCLA Extension, where he was selected from over 2000 instructors.  He also serves as an Adjunct Professor at Loyola Law School. Mr. Wallace practices law in Sherman Oaks, California, and is one of the leading expert witnesses in the real estate industry in Southern California.
