Charles Choe

P.E.

Charles Choe holds over 16 years of experience in the construction industry. Currently as an Owner’s Representative and Construction Manager, Charles represents clients in both small and large projects, including the $3 billion dollar Los Angeles Modernization Program. He thrives in creating a culture of excellence, transparency, and accountability.  Charles’ core expertise in construction management stems from Walsh Construction where he was involved in several multi-million dollar projects across diverse market segments including airfield construction projects in LAX, John Wayne, San Jose, Travis Air Force Base, and several Caltrans projects in District 3, 4, 6, and 10, as well as the Grade Separation Project for Alameda Corridor East.

Charles is a registered Civil Professional Engineer in California, OSHA 30-Hour, and CPR/First Aid certified professional. He is also a member of the California National Guard and serves as Operations Officer in the Aviation Battalion. Charles holds a B.S. in Mechanical and Aeronautical Science Engineering from UC Davis, as well as an M.S. in Aeronautical from Embry–Riddle Aeronautical University.
