Charyn Harris

Charyn Harris is a Music Industry Professional who has built a storied career as a musician, music educator, nonprofit arts specialist, talent manager, and tour manager. She graduated from Berklee College of Music and earned her MBA from The University of Phoenix. As a musician, she has recorded and performed with Al B Sure!, MC Hammer, Malcolm Jamal Warner, Jonathan Butler, The Cranberries,and Billy Porter, among many others, and most notably, was the only female keyboardist to tour with the iconic Barry White.

 

As an author and speaker, Charyn brings her multiple layers of unique experience into the fold, focusing on teaching aspiring musicians and music industry professionals strategies to advance their knowledge, careers and leverage their skill set. Charyn is the author of "The Art of War for Creatives," inspired by her personal career trajectory. Charyn oversees business and tour logistics for Macy Gray and manages artist Melanie Charles among other established and emerging talent. You can also find Charyn on SIRIUSXM’s Studio 54 Radio as host of The Charyn Harris Experience, where she connects with individuals who moved the needle of some of the most iconic moments in music, lifestyle and culture.
