Cindy Troianello

Cindy Troianello started her career at the international auditing, tax and consulting firm, Deloitte and Touche, where she earned a CPA. From there, Cindy became the Controller and then CFO of entertainment industry companies. Being drawn to the more interactive side of business, she focused on human resources and has since run the HR departments of a private creative-services college, the LA Philharmonic and the LA County Museum of Art. Cindy has trained groups ranging in size from 4 to 600 in leadership and management, harassment and discrimination prevention, financial competency, diversity and inclusion, negotiating and many other topics. She assists in the resolution of conflicts by leading mediations, and by coaching senior executives, managers and staff, she helps organizations achieve their mission and increase profitability. Cindy is on the advisory boards of National HR Association and UCLA Extension's HR Certificate Program, where she also teaches. Cindy enjoys racquet sports and SCUBA diving, has traveled extensively, lived in Paris, and speaks French.
