Dean Adams Curtis

Dean earned his Master of Arts degree in Organizational Management from Antioch University and immediately put it to work leading the Hughes Employee Democracy Association organizational change effort that worked for establishment of employee ownership and employee democracy (employee involvement in decision making at the workplace level, as well as the board of directors level) at Hughes Aircraft Company before it was sold to General Motors.

Afterward he served as a new technology change agent, instructor, and new media consultant throughout the entertainment industry. He was a founding team member of the MGM Interactive Department, where he served as Director of Interactive Development. Dean received his LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) AP (Accredited Professional) certification from the U.S. Green Building Council and has created numerous web sites focused on green global logistics, green warehouses, green vehicles, a green interstate system, sustainable idea sharing, as well as sites featuring carbon dioxide sequestration and trading opportunities.

He is currently a sustainability consultant on the team at the Advanced Sustainability Institute, which is dedicated to making fundamental changes to the way we live, work, and innovate so we can create a better and more sustainable future for ourselves and our planet.
