Dr. Chahriar Assad
PhD
Dr. Chahriar Assad’s experience in aerospace engineering and project management spans over 30 years. Currently, he works at Boeing Company where he is a Chief Scientist in charge of space qualification for the Space and Missile Systems division. He has managed technical projects at Boeing ranging from a few million to over $100M.
Dr. Assad was a Hughes MBA Executive Fellow to MIT where he received his masters from Sloan. He also was a Welch Foundation Pre-doctoral Scholar at Texas A&M University where he earned his doctorate in Atomic Physics.
He has been awarded a US patent, holds multiple trade secrets and technical excellence awards. He is also a member of the highly selective Boeing Technical Fellowship.
