Jean Rhee

Jean Rhee is a former IRS agent with seven years experience examining individual, small business, corporate, and flow-through (partnership and S-Corp) tax returns, as well as Foreign Bank and Financial Accounts (FBAR) penalties, employment taxes, and tax fraud cases. In addition, Jean has over 15 years hands-on experience in business and trade, including 10 years in the Los Angeles garment industry. With her expertise in income tax and vast experience in small business, Jean is a valuable business and tax advisor.  Jean has a MBA in Accounting and a California CPA license. Jean is a sole practitioner out of downtown Los Angeles and a part-time Accounting and Income Taxation professor at local universities and colleges.
