Kathleen Khan

Dr. Kathleen Khan is a real estate professional with Beverly and Company in Beverly Hills and a member of the Louvet Group. A licensed agent since 2001, she brings decades of experience in residential representation and real estate operations, beginning her career in front- and back-office support in 1993. Khan holds a PhD in higher education and has taught and developed curriculum across California, contributing research on faculty and staff burnout and publishing creative work under the pen name Charli Poe. Her recent novel, Pop Scars, was released this summer. She also serves as the director of program innovation and engagement at the Refuge Recovery Center, where she supports new initiatives and program development. Her work continues to bridge real estate practice, education, and community engagement.
