Kimberly Oden
Ms. Oden has been an educator since 2002. She earned a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology from Santa Clara University and a BA in Public Policy from Stanford University. She is a member of the National Association of College Admission Counseling (NACAC) and the Western Association of College Admission Counseling (WACAC). She has served on committees for NACAC, WACAC, Share, Learn and Connect and for the Student Records Review Committee of the National Collegiate Athletics Association. Ms. Oden has been invited to make presentations at a number of national, regional and local conferences.
Over the course of her career at various high schools, Ms. Oden has worked with hundreds of students, visited at least 100 college campuses, and attended dozens of seminars, webinars and conferences to stay on the cutting edge of her chosen profession. She has also worked with specific student populations, including student-athletes, military academy enthusiasts, underrepresented students and low-income students and families. She has served as a Guidance Counselor, Associate Director of College Counseling and Director of Guidance and Counseling.
