Larry Nease

The owner of Terra Conejo Properties, Inc. (Terra) is Larry Nease who has over 30 years experience in residential and commercial real estate. During his career Larry has worked for companies such as Intel, Sumitomo Life (N.Y.), Inc., Xircom and Distinctive Financial.  He is a recognized expert in the real estate industry and has been a featured speaker on various radio programs.

Larry has also been a part-time instructor with UCLA since 1987.

In 2001 Larry started Terra as a company that specializes in the leasing and management of residential properties. Since that time the company was expanded to include the management of commercial properties, a residential brokerage division and provides consulting services for large financial institutions.

Terra is a company that is concerned about the environment. As such, steps are constantly being taken to ensure that the company is being operating in such a way as to minimize its impact on the environment. All of the employees/agents are urged to become EcoGreen Certified.
