M. Alison Blair

Alison Blair is the Chief of Staff in Roku's Viewer Product organization and a founding partner of the PMO consulting firm, VHBD Group, which supports technology clients across the US.  She's the former Head of Program Management for Fanatics Live, Collect and Topps.com, was previously VP of Program Management for FuboTV, and Director of Program Management for the NFL's Digital Media Products.  

Alison is a frequent guest speaker and freelance instructor at Harvard Business School, USC and UCLA where she teaches portfolio management, agile methodologies, and AI for Project Management.

Originally from Connecticut, Alison holds a B.A. from Elon University, M.S. From the University of Southern California, and M.B.A. from Quantic School of Business and Technology.
