Marissa Arredondo

Marissa Arredondo has over 18 years of experience overseeing development and construction management across office, retail, multifamily, mixed-use, and high-end residential real estate throughout Southern California and the Southwest. 

She has led projects from pre-development through completion, aligning design intent with budget, schedule, and field execution for clients ranging from companies such as Spotify, Uber, and ICM to family offices and private homeowners. Throughout her career, she has championed practical construction innovation, implementing emerging building technologies and materials, including cross-laminated timber systems, to improve efficiency, sustainability, and long-term asset performance.

She earned her Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Southern California, where she developed the foundation that continues to shape her focus on thoughtful design integration and well-crafted built environments.
