Matthew Shimer

Matthew received an MLA in landscape architecture from Chatham University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, with a focus on stormwater management. Since graduating, he has gained years of professional experience in land development, landscape design, project management and construction documentation. Projects Matthew has worked on range from small- to large-scale residential, retirement communities, subdivisions, hotels, restaurants and commercial shopping centers. Driven by an environmental ethic, he has also received licensure to practice as a landscape architect in California and a LEED AP credential in sustainable neighborhood development.
