20 years working with a variety of organizations to address business needs and contribute to the change that is required for organizations to meet their goals and objectives. Solutions to business need include business process management, technology, tools such as off-the-shelf and SAS software as well as addressing the needs of people (training/information). My primary focus is the adoption of change - or the people side of the practice of business analysis. During my spare time, I work with an amazing group of people to combat human trafficking through the analysis and sharing of information.
