Michael R Kilroy

Mike Kilroy was a Senior Vice President in the Human Resources Division for City National Bank, where he worked as the Lead HR Business Partner Manager. Mike has also overseen budgeting, personnel records and information systems for the human resources division. He has also served as a vice president at Bank of the West managing employee relations and staffing for 6,500 employees in eight states. He also oversaw the operations and personnel records for the human resources department at BoW. Mike worked for Sanwa Bank and BNP Paribas’s US subsidiary, Bank of the West for a total of 18 years. He spent the decade before that with Security Pacific National Bank.

A native of Pennsylvania, Mike has lived in California for over 38 years. Mike earned an MBA with an emphasis in Management from California State University, Los Angeles and a BA in Human Development from California State University, Hayward. He is a graduate of Pacific Coast Banking School.
